The present invention relates to a see-through service based on a cellular vehicle to everything (C-V2X). The present invention relates to a vehicle event sharing device and an operating method of the vehicle event sharing device, wherein an event image captured by a preceding vehicle at an event occurrence point is effectively shared with a plurality of following vehicles on an event occurrence path. The vehicle event sharing device includes: an acquisition unit which acquires media identification information which can access the event image captured by an image transmission vehicle; and a transmission unit which selects at least some of the vehicles on the path where the event occurs as an image receiving vehicle based on at least one of map coordinates matching an event type and a location of each vehicle, and transmits the event information including the media identification information.

    본 발명은 C-V2X(Cellular Vehicle to Everything) 기반 씨스루(See through) 서비스에 관한 것으로서, 이벤트 발생 지점의 선행 차량이 촬영한 이벤트 영상을 이벤트 발생 경로 상의 복수의 후행 차량들과 효과적으로 공유하기 위한 차량이벤트공유장치 및 차량이벤트공유장치의 동작 방법에 관한 것이다.
