In accordance with the present invention, a vehicle thermal management system (100) comprises a heater core (200), a radiator (300), an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler (500), an oil warmer (600), an auto transmission fluid (ATF) warmer (700), and a plurality of cooling water circulation/distribution systems (100-1, 100-2, 100-3) in which flow of engine cooling water circulating an engine (110) selectively via exhaust heat recovery systems (EHRS) (800) is formed by connection between an integrated thermal management (ITM) (1) and a smart single valve (SSV) (40). Moreover, due to a four-port layout of the ITM (1), the SSV (400) is used for solving an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) condensate water problem in addition to cooling water requiring improvement. In addition, a relatively large flow rate of cooling water is joined to an EGR cooler (500) to shorten a time point of EGR use, which is advantageous for improving fuel efficiency, while enabling supplying of cooling water required to improve heating warm-up performance to the exhaust heat recovery device (800) and the heater core (200) and rapid warm-up of an engine and engine oil/ATF.

    본 발명의 차량 열관리 시스템(100)은 히터 코어(200), 라디에이터(300), EGR 쿨러(500), 오일워머(600), ATF 워머(700), EHRS(800)를 선택적으로 경유하여 엔진(110)을 순환하는 엔진 냉각수 흐름이 ITM(1)과 SSV(40)의 연계로 형성되는 복수개의 냉각수 순환/분배 시스템(100-1,100-2,100-3)이 포함됨으로써 ITM(1)의 4포트 레이아웃을 통해 SSV(400)로 EGR 응축수 문제를 개선에 필요한 냉각수에 더해 연비개선에 유리한 EGR 사용 시점 단축이 이루어지도록 상대적으로 많은 냉각수 유량을 EGR 쿨러(500)에 합류시켜주면서 난방 웜업 성능 개선에 필요한 냉각수를 배기열회수장치(800) 및 히터코어(200)에 공급함과 더불어엔진과 엔진오일/ATF 오일에 대한 빠른 웜업을 동시에 구현하는 특징을 갖는다.
