A deicer for a wire cutting device of a rotor plane according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a deflection unit which is arranged at the front side of a rotor plane, and deflects a wire which approaches the front side of the rotor plane; a cutter unit cutting the wire deflected by the deflection unit; and a heating unit which is arranged at the deflection unit and provides heat to the deflection unit such that at least one of super-cooled droplets and iced ice may be phase-changed into a liquid phase and a gaseous phase. Therefore, a deicing means is arranged to perform phase-change.

    본 발명에 따른 회전익 항공기의 전선 절단기용 방빙장치는 회전익 항공기의 전방에 배치되며 회전익 항공기의 전방으로 접근되는 전선을 전향시키는 전향유닛, 전향유닛에 의해 전향된 전선을 커팅하는 커터유닛 및 전향유닛에 배치되어 과냉각된 액적과 착빙된 얼음 중 적어도 어느 하나가 액상 및 기상으로 상 변환하도록 전향유닛에 히팅 열을 제공하는 히팅유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
