Disclosed is an apparatus for launching and lifting of an unmanned underwater vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for launching and lifting of an unmanned underwater vehicle comprises: a cylinder unit installed on an upper portion of a deck and receiving hydraulic pressure; a piston unit having at least a portion accommodated in the cylinder unit, and moving forward or backward by the hydraulic pressure applied to the cylinder unit; a rotary reel accommodated inside the piston unit and provided to be rotatable, and having a spiral groove formed on the outer circumferential surface in a spiral direction; a case unit disposed in front of the piston unit, and having an unmanned underwater vehicle mounted therein; a lifting line having one end connected to the case unit and the other end connected to the rotary reel, and wound around the spiral groove to be wound around the rotary reel; and a rotating means connected to the rotary reel to rotate the rotary reel when the case unit is lifted. The present invention can reduce an impact applied to the unmanned underwater vehicle by reducing the falling speed of the unmanned underwater vehicle.
