The present invention relates to an electric vehicle charging apparatus and method capable of running on full power. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step in which a control unit calculates a distributed power volume to be distributed for charging a plurality of electric vehicles connected to a charge unit, and charging each of the plurality of electric vehicles with the distributed power volume; a step in which the control unit respectively measures an actual charged power volume for actually charging each of the plurality of electric vehicles; a step in which the control unit responds to the equality of the actual charged power volume measured for a first electric vehicle among the plurality of electric vehicles to the distributed power volume, and calculating a remaining power volume of the charge unit; a step in which the control unit calculates an additional distributed power volume to be additionally distributed for charging the first electric vehicle based on the remaining power volume; and a step in which the control unit adds the additional distributed power volume to the distributed power volume to charge the first electric vehicle.
본 발명은 최대 전력사용이 가능한 전기자동차 충전 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 제어부가, 충전부에 연결된 복수의 전기자동차의 충전을 위해 분배될 분배전력량을 산출하고, 분배전력량으로 복수의 전기자동차 각각을 충전시키는 단계, 제어부가, 복수의 전기자동차 각각이 실제로 충전되는 실제 충전전력량을 각각 측정하는 단계, 제어부가, 복수의 전기자동차 중 제1 전기자동차에 대하여 측정된 실제 충전전력량이 분배전력량과 동일함을 식별한 것에 응답하여, 충전부의 여유전력량을 산출하는 단계, 제어부가, 여유전력량에 기반하여 제1 전기자동차의 충전을 위해 추가로 분배될 추가 분배전력량을 산출하는 단계, 및 제어부가, 추가 분배전력량을 분배전력량에 추가하여 제1 전기자동차를 충전시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
