The present invention relates to a parallel battery pack discharging method using an energy difference between individual packs considering an inrush current allowable value and a maximum voltage deviation of a battery pack in consideration of internal resistance of a battery cell constituting the individual pack, resistance and voltage of electric components of the battery pack, and a device therefor. An inrush current, which is a phenomenon in which a large amount of current flows instantaneously due to a voltage difference between the battery packs, can be solved.

    본원 발명은 개별 팩을 구성하는 전지셀의 내부 저항, 전지팩의 전장 부품의 저항 및 전압을 고려하여 돌입전류 허용치 및 전지팩의 최대 전압 편차를 고려한 개별 팩간 에너지 차이를 이용한 병렬 전지팩 방전방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로 전지팩간 전압차에 의한 순간적으로 많은 전류가 흐르는 현상인 돌입전류(Inrush current)을 해소할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
