Disclosed is a cooling system for a ship storage tank that can effectively reduce the amount of boil-off gas generated inside the storage tank. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cooling system for a ship storage tank comprises: a refrigerant circulation line extending from the inside of at least one of a liquid dome and a vapor dome provided to protrude at the upper end of the storage tank for storing liquefied gas and boil-off gas toward an inner bottom surface of the storage tank, through which the refrigerant circulates; and a heat exchanger provided in the refrigerant circulation line so as to be submerged in the liquefied gas and cooling the liquefied gas by exchanging the refrigerant with the liquefied gas stored in the storage tank.
