The present invention is to allow pedestrians to safely cross the crosswalk by managing traffic safety using safety guidance lights. An embodiment of the present invention includes: a speed detection sensor for detecting the running speed of a vehicle approaching the crosswalk, as a sensor installed at a point separated by a preset separation distance in a direction in which the vehicle approaches the crosswalk; a floor-type signal pedestrian light installed along a crosswalk line on the road, so as to output light toward the upper side of the ground of the crosswalk line; and a controller emitting or blinking light by changing the color of the floor-type signal pedestrian light according to the running speed of the vehicle detected by the speed sensor.

    본 발명의 실시 형태는 횡단보도를 향해 차량이 접근하는 방향으로 미리 설정된 이격 거리만큼 떨어진 지점에 설치된 센서로서, 횡단보도로 접근하는 차량 주행속도를 감지하는 속도 감지 센서; 도로상의 횡단보도 라인을 따라 매립 설치되어, 황단보도 라인의 지면 상측을 향해 빛을 출력할 수 있는 바닥형 신호보행등; 및 상기 속도 감지 센서를 통해 감지되는 차량 주행속도에 따라서 상기 바닥형 신호보행등의 색상을 다르게 하여 발광 또는 점멸시키는 제어기;를 포함할 수 있다.
