The present invention relates to a composite fiber web which includes a central layer and a heat resistant layer including carbon fibers with excellent heat resistance and sound absorption, and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite fiber web manufacturing method according to the present invention is excellent in economic efficiency as manufacturing speed is fast due to a melt blown manufacturing method. According to the present invention, the composite fiber web is made of a composite layer and includes an excellent sound absorption rate with various fiber diameters for each layer. A PET fiber included in the heat resistant layer of the composite layer is an eco-friendly material and includes a fiber manufactured by microfibers to have excellent heat resistance. According to the present invention, the composite fiber web includes excellent strength and conductivity and provides electromagnetic wave blocking and deodorizing effects. Therefore, the composite fiber web can be widely used throughout a sound absorbing material and the whole material field to which the sound absorbing material is applied.

    본 발명은 내열성 및 흡음성이 우수한, 탄소 섬유를 포함하는 중심층 및 내열층을 포함하는 복합 섬유웹 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 복합 섬유웹 제조방법은 멜트 블로운 제조공법으로 인해 제조 속도가 빠른 바 경제성이 뛰어나다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 복합 섬유웹은 복합층으로 되어 있고 각 층별 섬유 직경이 다양한 바 흡음률이 우수하고, 복합층 중 내열층에 포함된 PET 섬유는 친환경적 소재일 뿐 아니라, 초극세사로 제조된 섬유를 포함하므로 우수한 내열성을 가지고 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 복합 섬유웹은 우수한 강도 및 도전성 뿐 아니라 전자파 차단 및 탈취효과를 가지고 있으므로, 흡음재 및 이를 응용할 수 있는 소재 전 분야에 걸쳐 널리 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
