The present invention relates to a supporting system to get into or out of a bus for the transportation vulnerable, and more specifically, to a supporting system to get into or out of a bus for the transportation vulnerable, which includes: a user terminal for reserving the bus by selecting a point of departure and destination; and a control server which generates reservation information by extracting a route according to the point of departure and destination received from the user terminal, when the reservation information is confirmed, notifies the user terminal of real-time location information and expected arrival time of the bus close to the point of departure among the buses of the reserved route, and monitors user′s movement using information to get into or out of the bus of the user terminal, thereby allowing the transportation vulnerable to conveniently use the bus.

    본 발명은 교통약자 버스 승하차 지원시스템에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 출발지 및 도착지를 선택하여 버스를 예약하는 사용자 단말기 및 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 수신된 출발지 및 도착지에 따른 노선을 추출하여 예약정보를 생성하고, 예약정보의 확정시 예약된 노선의 버스 중 출발지에 근접한 버스의 실시간 위치정보 및 도착예정시간을 상기 사용자 단말기로 알림하고, 상기 사용자 단말기의 승하차 정보를 이용하여 사용자 이동을 모니터링하는 관제서버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교통약자 버스 승하차지원시스템에 관한 것이다.
