An objective of the present invention is to provide a heat exchanger for a vehicle, capable of promoting productivity improvement and cost reduction. The heat exchanger for a vehicle cools a refrigerant through heat exchange with cooling water to condense the refrigerant, and comprises: a condensation unit configured to exchange heat while the cooling water and the refrigerant flow in a separated state, and formed by laminating a plurality of first heat exchange plates; a gas-liquid separator to separate a gaseous component from the refrigerant passing through the condensation unit; a supercooling unit configured to exchange heat while the cooling water passing through the condensation unit and the refrigerant passing through the gas-liquid separator flow in a separated state, and formed by laminating a plurality of second heat exchange plates; and a connection unit which is interposed between the condensation unit and the supercooling unit, and forms a cooling water passage allowing the cooling water to flow from the condensation unit to the supercooling unit and a refrigerant passage allowing the refrigerant to flow from the condensation unit to the supercooling unit via the gas-liquid separator. The connection unit includes a first middle plate and a second middle plate arranged to be tightly attached to each other. The refrigerant passage includes a refrigerant discharge passage and a refrigerant return passage formed by a first and a second dented groove provided on at least one of surfaces of the first middle plate and the second middle plate, wherein the faces face each other.

    냉각수와의 열교환을 통해 냉매를 냉각시켜 응축시키는 차량용 열교환기는 상기 냉각수와 상기 냉매가 서로 분리된 상태로 흐르면서 열교환이 이루어지도록 구성되며 복수의 제1 열교환 플레이트가 적층되어 형성되는 응축부, 상기 응축부를 통과한 상기 냉매에서 기상 성분을 분리하는 기액 분리기, 상기 응축부를 통과한 상기 냉각수와 상기 기액 분리기를 통과한 냉매가 서로 분리된 상태로 흐르면서 열교환이 이루어지도록 구성되며 복수의 제2 열교환 플레이트가 적층되어 형성되는 과냉각부, 그리고 상기 응축부와 상기 과냉각부 사이에 개재되며 상기 냉각수가 상기 응축부로부터 상기 과냉각부로 흐르도록 허용하는 냉각수 통로와 상기 냉매가 상기 응축부로부터 상기 기액 분리기를 경유하여 상기 과냉각부로 흐르도록 허용하는 냉매 통로를 형성하는 연결부를 포함한다. 상기 연결부는 서로 밀착되게 배치되는 제1 중간 플레이트와 제2 중간 플레이트를 포함한다. 상기 냉매 통로는 상기 제1 중간 플레이트와 상기 제2 중간 플레이트의 서로 마주하는 면 중 하나 이상에 각각 구비되는 제1 및 제2 함몰홈에 의해 각각 형성되는 냉매 배출 통로와 냉매 리턴 통로를 포함한다.
