The present invention relates to a rail drone system for track inspection with improved steering and rail grounding properties. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an automated rail drone system for track inspection with improved steering and rail grounding properties, which can improve the steering and the grounding properties of wheels on rails to stably travel in straight and curved sections, thereby increasing safety inspection efficiency for the rails. The rail drone system for track inspection comprises: a rail drone body part; a front wheel steering part connected and installed at the center of a front end of the rail drone body part, and bi-axially rotated by a pivot pin and a rolling pin; first and second front wheel axle parts connected to both sides of the front wheel steering part, and moved along the auxiliary rails of rails; a rear wheel steering part connected and installed at the center of a rear end of the rail drone body part, and uniaxially rotated by a pivot pin; and a rear wheel axle part integrally connected and installed on the rear wheel steering part, and moved along the auxiliary rails of the rails. Even when a height deviation between the auxiliary rails occurs due to the front wheel steering part bi-axially rotated and the rear wheel steering part uniaxially rotated, the four wheels provided on the first and second front wheel axle parts and the rear wheel axle part are brought into rolling contact with the auxiliary rails of the rails.

    본 발명은 조향성과 레일 접지성이 향상된 궤도 점검용 레일드론 시스템에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 조향성 및 레일에 대한 차륜의 접지성을 향상시켜, 직선구간 및 곡선구간에 대한 안정적인 주행이 이루어지고, 이를 통해, 레일에 대한 안전검점효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 조향성과 레일 접지성이 향상된 무인궤도 점검용 레일드론 시스템을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 레일드론 차체부; 레일드론 차체부의 선단 중앙에 연결설치되고, 피봇핀과 롤링핀에 의해 2축 회전작동되는 전륜조향부; 전류조향부의 양측에 각각 연결설치되고 레일의 보조레일을 따라 이동되는 제1,2전륜차축부; 레이드론 차체부의 후단 중앙에 연결설치되고 피봇핀에 의해 1축 회전작동되는 후륜조향부; 후륜조향부와 일체로 연결설치되고, 레일의 보조레일을 따라 이동되는 후륜차축부;를 포함하여, 2축 회전작동되는 전륜조향부와 1축 회전작동되는 후륜조향부에 의해 보조레일의 높이편차 발생시에도 제1,2전륜차축부 및 후륜차축부에 구비된 4개의 차륜이 레일부의 보조레일에 구름접촉되어지도록 되어 있다.
