The present invention joins two bodies by a joint joining method to provide a hollow buoy to maintain airtightness and reduce defect rates by providing a buoy of a shape sealed in a left and a right ring shape to prevent a joined portion from being separated. Moreover, the buoy is made of aluminum to improve durability and reduce weight.
본 발명은 미케니컬 조인트방식을 이용한 어업용 부표 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 몸체를 좌, 우로 별도 형성시키어 각각의 끝단을 미케니컬 조인트방식으로 접합시키기 위한 미케니컬 조인트방식을 이용한 어업용 부표 제조방법 에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 두개의 몸체를 조인트접합방식을 통해 결합시킴으로써 내부가 중공상태인 부표를 제공함으로써 기밀을 유지하고 좌우 고리형상으로 밀폐되어 접합된 부분이 분리되지 않는 형상의 부표를 제공함으로써 불량률이 개선되는 효과가 있다. 또한 본 발명의 부표를 알루미늄으로 제조함으로써 내구성 강화 및 경량강화가 가능한 효과가 있다.
