The present invention relates to a cap assembly structure of a vehicle power outlet, including: a housing mounted on a socket for supplying power inside a vehicle; and a cap coupled to the housing. Provided is the cap assembly structure of a vehicle power outlet, including: an elastic piece formed by cutting both sides at one end of the housing; and a coupler that is installed between the cap and the housing so that the cap can be hinged to the housing to be opened and closed, and can be elastically supported by coming in contact with the elastic piece during a process of closing the cap, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and facilitating opening and closing of the cap.

    본 발명은 차량용 파워아웃렛의 캡 조립구조에 관한 것으로, 차량 내부에 전원을 공급하기 위한 소켓에 장착되는 하우징과, 상기 하우징에 결합되는 캡을 포함하는 차량용 파워아웃렛의 캡 조립구조에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 일단에 양측이 절개되어 형성되는 탄성편 및 상기 캡이 상기 하우징에 힌지 결합되어 개폐될 수 있도록 상기 캡과 상기 하우징 사이에 설치되되, 상기 캡이 닫히는 과정에서 상기 탄성편에 접촉되어 탄성 지지될 수 있는 돌기를 갖는 체결구를 포함하여 제조원가를 절감하고 캡의 개폐가 간편하고 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 차량용 파워아웃렛의 캡 조립구조를 제공한다.
