The present invention relates to a data input and output structure in differential signal lines having a signal extraction unit. More specifically, the structure can input or extract necessary data even if the structure is not electrically connected to an existing communication line and has a signal extraction unit in a form of surrounding a signal line to transmit a signal generated from an entire circumference of the signal line to an antenna so as to improve signal extraction performance.
