The present invention relates to a method for controlling the operation of a fuel cell system. The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for controlling the operation of a fuel cell system, capable of compensating and controlling a hydrogen operation pressure to be as close as possible to a target pressure when offset occurs after diagnosing the occurrence of the offset for a hydrogen pressure sensor of the fuel cell system. To this end, disclosed is the method for controlling the operation of the fuel cell system, comprising the steps of: determining a duty cycle of a hydrogen pressure control valve for controlling the hydrogen operating pressure in a controller during the idle stop of the fuel cell system; determining, by the controller, whether the determined duty cycle of the hydrogen pressure control valve corresponds to a value of a normal state by using setting information; and determining, by the controller, that a pressure deviation occurs in the sensing value of the hydrogen pressure sensor when it is determined that the determined duty cycle of the hydrogen pressure control valve does not correspond to the value of the normal state.

    본 발명은 연료전지 시스템의 운전 제어 방법에 관한 것으로서, 연료전지 시스템의 수소압력센서에 대한 옵셋 발생을 진단한 뒤 옵셋 발생시 목표압력에 최대한 근접하도록 수소 운전압력을 보정 제어할 수 있는 연료전지 시스템의 운전 제어 방법을 제공하는데 주된 목적이 있는 것이다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 연료전지 시스템의 아이들 스탑 동안, 제어기에서 수소 운전압력을 제어하기 위한 수소압력제어밸브의 듀티 사이클이 결정되는 단계; 제어기가 설정 정보를 이용하여 상기 결정된 수소압력제어밸브의 듀티 사이클이 정상 상태의 값에 해당하는지를 판단하는 단계; 및 상기 결정된 수소압력제어밸브의 듀티 사이클이 상기 정상 상태의 값에 해당하지 않는 것으로 판단되는 경우, 제어기가 수소압력센서의 센싱값에 있어 압력편차가 발생하는 것으로 판단하는 단계를 포함하는 연료전지 시스템의 운전 제어 방법이 개시된다.
