The present invention relates to a pedal device for protecting a driver, which can forcibly rotate a pedal arm (30) forward by using a slot hole (12) formed in a pedal member (10) and a pedal arm pin (60) connected to the pedal arm (30) when a collision and a rear-end collision occur. Therefore, the pedal device can fully prevent a leg injury of the driver caused by the pedal arm (30) in advance.

    본 발명은 운전자 보호용 페달장치에 관한 것으로, 충돌 및 추돌사고 발생시에 페달멤버(10)에 형성된 슬롯홀(12) 및 페달암(30)과 연결된 페달암핀(60)을 이용해서 페달암(30)을 전방으로 강제로 회전시킬 수 있는 구성으로, 이를 통해 페달암(30)에 의한 운전자의 다리부상을 최대한 예방할 수 있도록 된 것이다.
