Disclosed is an injection molded article with improved scratch resistance and reduced gloss change after heat and UV aging. The article is formed from a molding composition having a melt flow index of 50-350 g/10 (230°C, 2.16 kg) as measured by ASTM D1238-04, and the composition consists essentially of: a) 15 to 80 wt% of a hydrogenated styrene block copolymer having a melt index of 12 g/10min or more according to ASTM D1238 under the condition of 230°C and 2.16 kg weight; b) 10 to 60 wt% of polypropylene having a melt flow index of greater than 300 g/10min, measured according to ISO 1133-1 under the condition of 230 °C/2.16kg; and c) 5 to 25 wt% of a thermoplastic vulcanizate having a Shore A hardness of 60 to 90 (15 seconds, 23°C) measured according to ISO 868. The article has a gloss increase of less than 100% after 10 days of aging at 120°C, compared to the initial gloss, as determined by PSA D47 1850.
열 및 UV 노화 후 개선된 내스크래치성 및 감소된 광택 변화를 갖는 사출 성형 물품이 개시된다. 상기 물품은 ASTM D1238-04에 의해 측정된 용융 흐름 지수가 50-350 g/10 (230℃, 2.16 kg)인 성형 조성물로부터 형성되며, 상기 조성물은 본질적으로 하기로 이루어진다: a) 230℃ 및 2.16 kg 중량에서 ASTM D1238에 따른 용융 지수가 12g/10분 이상인 수소화된 스타이렌계 블록 공중합체의 15 내지 80 중량%; b) 230℃/2.16 kg 하에서 ISO 1133-1에 따라 측정된 용융 흐름 지수가 300g/10분 초과인 폴리프로필렌 10 내지 60 중량%; c) ISO 868에 따라 측정된 쇼어 A 경도가 60 내지 90(15초, 23℃)인 열가소성 가황물 5 내지 25 중량%. 상기 물품은 PSA D47 1850에 의해 결정되는 바와 같이, 초기 광택에 비해 120℃에서 10일 노화 후 100% 미만의 광택 증가를 가진다.
