The present invention relates to an electronic device for guiding a route and an operation method of the electronic device. The present invention provides an electronic device which more accurately reflects a traffic situation by guiding the route by considering real-time traffic information and statistical traffic information together, and an operation method of the electronic device. To this end, the electronic device comprises: an output unit; and a control unit which provides a route from a starting point to a destination through the output unit.

    본 발명은 경로를 안내하는 전자기기 및 전자기기의 동작 방법에 관한 것으로서, 실시간 교통정보 및 통계 교통정보를 함께 고려하여 경로를 안내함으로써, 교통 상황을 보다 정확하게 반영하는 전자기기 및 전자기기의 동작 방법을 제공한다.
