The present invention is to provide a vehicle and an in-vehicle message transmission method capable of preventing a message omission phenomenon. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an in-vehicle message transmission method may comprise the steps of: receiving a network management (NM) message from a controller area network (CAN) network; transmitting a wake-up pulse to an Ethernet network in response to the NM message; storing an Ethernet message converted from a CAN message received from the CAN network in a gateway; and when a transmission control protocol (TCP) connection to an Ethernet node to receive the Ethernet message is completed, transmitting the Ethernet message to the Ethernet node.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량 내 메시지 전송 방법은, CAN(Controller Area Network) 네트워크로부터 NM(network management) 메시지를 수신하는 단계, 상기 NM 메시지에 응답하여 이더넷(Ethernet) 네트워크로 웨이크업 펄스를 전송하는 단계, 상기 CAN 네트워크로부터 수신된 CAN 메시지가 변환된 이더넷 메시지를 게이트웨이에 저장하는 단계, 및 상기 이더넷 메시지를 수신할 이더넷 노드에 대한 TCP 커넥션(connection)이 완료되면, 상기 이더넷 노드로 상기 이더넷 메시지를 전송하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
