An SOC control method for improving fuel efficiency of a hybrid vehicle of the present invention can include the steps of: monitoring SOC of a vehicle battery; calculating an SOC drop change rate based on the monitored SOC; and performing SOC drop prevention control based on the SOC drop change rate.

    본원 발명의 하이브리드 차량의 연비 향상을 위한 SOC 제어방법은 차량 배터리의 SOC를 모니터링하는 단계 상기 모니터링된 SOC에 기초하여 상기 SOC 하락 변화율을 연산하는 단계; 및 상기 SOC 하락 변화율에 기초하여 SOC 하락 방지 제어를 수행하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
