A preemptive air conditioning system maintenance method applied to a sensorless diagnostic system (1) of the present invention detects a change in a refrigerant pressure gradient between an evaporator (12) and a condenser (13) by a diagnostic controller (3) for diagnosing an air conditioning system (10), and performs preemptive filter check control that determines the air volume performance degradation of a blower (20-1) that causes a refrigerant pressure gradient change as contamination of an air conditioner filter, or preemptive radiator check control (S50 to S59) that determines the deterioration of the air volume performance of a cooling fan (20-2) that causes a change in the refrigerant pressure gradient as contamination of a radiator, thereby checking the contamination status of the air conditioner filter (11) and the radiator (14) before reaching A/S with fan operating resistance of the blower (20-1) and the cooling fan (20-2) identified without using a speed sensor or a torque sensor.

    본 발명의 센서리스 진단 시스템(1)에 적용된 선제적 공조 시스템 정비 방법은 공조 시스템(10)을 진단하는 진단 컨트롤러(3)에 의해 증발기(Evaporator)(12)와 응축기(Condenser)(13) 사이의 냉매압 기울기 변화가 검출되고, 냉매압 기울기 변화를 발생시키는 블로워(20-1)의 풍량 성능 저하를 에어컨 필터 오염으로 판단하는 선제적 필터 체크 제어 또는 냉매압 기울기 변화를 발생시키는 냉각팬(20-2)의 풍량 성능 저하를 방열기 오염으로 판단하는 선제적 방열기 체크 제어(S50~S59)가 수행됨으로써 속 센서나 토크 센서의 사용 없이 파악된 블로워(20-1)와 냉각팬(20-2)의 팬 작동 저항으로 에어컨 필터(11)와 방열기(14)의 오염 상태가 A/S 도달 전 미리 확인되는 특징을 구현할 수 있다.
