The present invention relates to a line pressure control method for a hydraulic circuit of a transmission, which includes: a current-on step of calculating line pressure according to an applied current while a controller applies a current to an electric oil pump; and a current-off step in which the controller cuts off the current applied to the electric oil pump when the line pressure is greater than a predetermined reference upper limit, and estimates the line pressure falling over time to calculate the estimated line pressure. When the estimated line pressure is less than a predetermined reference lower limit, the current-on step is repeated.

    본 발명은 컨트롤러가 전동식오일펌프에 전류를 인가하면서, 인가되는 전류에 따라 라인압을 산출하는 전류온단계와; 상기 라인압이 소정의 기준상한치보다 커지면, 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 전동식오일펌프에 인가하던 전류를 차단하고, 시간의 경과에 따라 하강하는 라인압을 추정하여 추정라인압으로 산출하는 전류오프단계를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 추정라인압이 소정의 기준하한치보다 작아지면, 상기 전류온단계를 반복하는 구성이다.
