The present invention provides a vent hole processing device for a wheel disk, which requires low manufacturing costs and maintenance costs. The vent hole processing device for a wheel disk comprises: a lower mold in which a piercing die with a drilled groove formed on the upper surface thereof is provided in an upper portion; a rotation support unit which is connected to and installed on an upper portion of the lower mold, and supports a wheel disk to be processed in a seated state; an upper mold vertically reciprocating while being arranged to face the lower mold, and having a push guide bar formed on a lower portion thereof to be extended downwards, and a drilling punch inserted into the drilled groove to correspond to the drilled groove when moving towards the lower mold; a sliding moving unit which is connected to and installed on an upper portion of the lower mold, is pushed and moved by the push guide bar when the upper mold moves down towards the lower mold, and elastically returns to an initial position when the upper mold moves upwards again; a rotation generation unit which is connected to and installed on the sliding moving unit and the lower mold, and generates torque of a prescribed angle when the sliding moving unit is pushed and moved by the push guide bar and then elastically returns; and a rotation transfer unit which is installed on the lower mold to connect the rotation generation unit and the rotation support unit, and transfers the torque generated by the rotation generation unit to the rotation support unit.

    본 발명은, 상부에는 상면에 천공홈이 형성된 피어싱다이를 구비하는 하부금형, 하부금형의 상부에 연결 설치하며, 가공대상의 휠 디스크를 안착상태로 지지하는 회전 지지부, 하부금형에 대향되도록 배치된 상태로 상하 왕복 이동하며, 하부에는 밀림가이드바가 하방으로 연장되게 형성되고, 하부금형 방향으로 이동시 천공홈에 대응되게 삽입되는 천공펀치를 구비하는 상부금형, 하부금형의 상부에 연결 설치하며, 상부금형이 하부금형 방향으로 향해 하방으로 이동시 밀림가이드바에 의해 밀림 이동하고, 상부금형이 다시 상방으로 이동시 최초 위치로 탄성 복귀하는 슬라이딩 이동부, 하부금형 및 슬라이딩 이동부에 연결 설치하며, 슬라이딩 이동부가 밀림가이드바에 의해 밀림 이동 후 탄성 복귀시, 일정 각도로 회전력을 발생시키는 회전 발생부, 회전 발생부와 회전 지지부를 연결하도록 하부금형에 설치하며, 회전 발생부에서 발생된 회전력을 회전 지지부로 전달하는 회전 전달부를 포함하는 휠 디스크용 벤트홀 가공장치를 제공한다.
