Disclosed is a mobile charger for an electric transport apparatus. According to the present invention, the mobile charger for the electric transport apparatus comprises: a power supply unit which receives commercial AC power from outside; a power main unit which controls to charge the electric transport apparatus by the commercial AC power, and converts the commercial AC power into DC power for driving; and a connector unit which receives a meter information for an electric meter which measures the commercial AC power from a meter information provision apparatus. The power main unit calculates the power volume charged into the electric transport apparatus, transmits the user authentication information for authenticating a user to a server, and transmits the meter information and the calculated power volume value for individually calculating electric rates. The electric rates for the power volume can be separately calculated based on the power consumption volume of the electric meter to be charged to the user. The present invention aims to provide a mobile charger for an electric transport apparatus capable of calculating electric rates for electric power used for charging the electric transport apparatus separately from the total power volume used in a building.

    전기운송장치를 위한 이동형 충전기가 개시된다. 전기운송장치를 위한 이동형 충전기는 외부로부터 상용교류전원을 공급받는 전원연결부, 상용교류전원이 전기운송장치에 충전되도록 제어하고, 상용교류전원을 운전을 위한 직류전원으로 변환하는 파워메인부, 계량기 정보 제공 장치로부터 상용교류전원을 계량하는 전기계량기에 대한 계량기 정보를 수신하는 커넥터부를 포함하고, 파워메인부는, 전기운송장치로 충전된 전력량을 산출하고, 사용자를 인증하기 위한 사용자 인증 정보를 서버로 전송하고, 전기요금 개별 정산을 위해 계량기 정보 및 산출된 전력량 값을 서버로 전송하며, 전기계량기의 전력사용량에서 전력량에 대한 전기요금이 별도로 정산되어 사용자에게 과금될 수 있다.
