Disclosed is an offshore hydrogen producing plant. The offshore hydrogen producing plant of the present invention includes: a floating main body floating on the sea; a seawater electrolysis type hydrogen producing device provided on the floating main body and sucking seawater to produce hydrogen through electrolysis; a reforming hydrogen producing device provided on the floating main body and producing the hydrogen by reforming fossil fuel stored in a fossil fuel storage tank arranged on the floating main body; and a collocated operating device connected to the seawater electrolysis type hydrogen producing device and the reforming hydrogen producing device, respectively, to operate the seawater electrolysis type hydrogen producing device and the reforming hydrogen producing device and selectively supplied with the hydrogen produced from the seawater electrolysis type hydrogen producing device and the reforming hydrogen producing device to store the same.
해양수소생산플랜트가 개시된다. 본 발명의 해양수소생산플랜트는, 해양에서 부유하는 부유본체; 부유본체에 마련되며, 바닷물을 흡입하여 전기분해를 통해 수소를 생산하는 해수 전기분해형 수소생산장치; 부유본체에 마련되며, 부유본체에 배치된 화석연료 저장탱크에 저장된 화석연료를 개질해 수소를 생산하는 개질형 수소생산장치; 및 해수 전기분해형 수소생산장치와 개질형 수소생산장치에 각각 연결되어 해수 전기분해형 수소생산장치와 개질형 수소생산장치를 동작시키고 전해수 전기분해형 수소생산장치와 개질형 수소생산장치에서 생산된 수소를 선택적으로 공급받아 저장하는 공동운용장치를 포함한다.
