The present invention provides a method for acquiring a hyperspectral image. The method comprises: (a) a step of setting, by a flight path setting module (220), the flight path of an unmanned aerial vehicle (100) by using a collection area; (b) a step of acquiring, by the unmanned aerial vehicle (100), hyperspectral information for each preset image unit through line scanning by using a hyperspectral sensor (140) while flying along the set flight path; (c) a step of correcting, by a geometry correction module (250), the geometry of the hyperspectral information acquired for each image unit by using position information of each pixel; and (d) a step of acquiring, by an image matching module (260), a hyperspectral image of the collection area by matching the hyperspectral information acquired for each image unit, on which the geometric correction has been performed. Therefore, the method can solve a problem for which the accuracy of image matching is reduced by the characteristics of line scanning of the hyperspectral sensor.
