The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence diagnosis system of a drone with a thermal image camera, comprising: a site image generation module which moves along an aviation path, acquires at least two site thermal images photographed at the same photographing position of a subject structure to be diagnosed by using a thermal image sensor module mounted on the drone, successively stores the information of the plurality of thermal images photographed, acquires the response characteristics of each pixel of the thermal image information, and forms a site comparison image to see if a crack has moved forward into the concrete or not; a checking standard generation module which collects thermal images related to a damage or loss of a civil engineering building, analyzes the thermal pattern of the collected thermal images, and sets a checking standard for the thermal images based on the thermal patterns; a crack tracking module which tracks the crack based on the site comparison image formed through the site image generation module; and a crack mapping module which maps the cracks on a visible ray image photographed by a CCD camera. The crack mapping module maps the cracks visible to the outside on a visible ray image, and separately indicates the cracks which have advanced to the inside by considering as a cross-sectional shape for the depth of advancing to the inside.

    본 발명은 열화상 카메라를 구비한 드론의 인공지능 진단 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 비행경로를 따라 이동하면서 드론에 장착되는 열화상 센서모듈로 점검 대상구조물의 동일한 촬영위치에서 촬영된 적어도 2개 이상의 현장 열영상을 획득하고, 복수로 촬영된 열영상 정보를 순차적으로 저장한 후에, 열영상 정보의 각 픽셀별 응답특성을 획득하여 콘크리트 내부로 균열이 진전되어 있는지 현장비교영상을 형성하는 현장영상 생성모듈; 토목건축물의 손상 또는 파손과 관련된 열영상을 수집하고, 수집된 열열상의 열적패턴을 분석하여 열적패턴을 바탕으로 열 영상의 점검기준을 설정하는 점검기준 생성모듈; 현장영상 생성모듈을 통해 형성된 현장비교영상을 바탕으로 균열을 추적하는 균열추적 모듈; 및 균열을 CCD 카메라로 촬영된 가시광선 영상에 매핑시키는 균열 매핑모듈;을 포함하며, 균열 매핑모듈은 겉으로 드러나는 균열은 가시광선 영상에 매핑시키고, 내부로 진전된 균열은 내부로 진전된 깊이만큼 단면형상으로 고려하여 별로도 표시한다.
