The present invention relates to a high voltage battery system cooling duct of a vehicle, which can improve the productability of a vehicle, and comprises: a duct body with an opened inlet port toward a vehicle interior; an outlet port formed opposite the inlet port of the duct body to supply air introduced through the inlet port toward a high voltage battery; a barrier partition wall formed between the inlet port and the outlet port so as to allow the flow of the air between the inlet port and the outlet port, while limiting linear communication between the inlet port and the outlet port.
