The present invention relates to a rubber composition for a tire groove, a tire produced by using the same, and a method for producing the same, wherein the rubber composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of raw material rubber including 50 to 90 wt% of diene-based natural rubber and 10 to 50 wt% of butadiene rubber; 10 to 60 parts by weight of carbon black; and 1 to 6 parts by weight of an amine-based antiaging agent. By introducing a rubber composition comprising an amine-based antiaging agent to a tire groove, crack resistance, ozone resistance, and heat resistance can be improved, and a fatigue failure and a groove crack due to deformation of a tire during driving can be prevented.
본 발명은 디엔계 천연고무 50 내지 90 중량% 및 부타디엔 고무 10 내지 50 중량%를 포함하는 원료고무 100 중량부, 카본블랙 10 내지 60 중량부, 그리고 아민계 노화방지제 1 내지 6 중량부를 포함하는 타이어 그루브용 고무 조성물, 이를 이용하여 제조된 타이어 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 타이어 그루브에 아민계 노화방지제를 포함하는 고무 조성물을 도입하여 내크랙성, 내오존성 및 내열성을 향상시키고 주행시 타이어의 변형에 따른 피로 파괴 및 그루브 크랙을 예방할 수 있다.
