The present invention provides a cooling and heating system for an electric vehicle, comprising: a refrigerant circulation line to circulate a refrigerant to a motor-driven compressor, an indoor condenser, a first expansion valve, and an evaporator to selectively heat and cool indoor space of an automobile; a first cooling water circulation line to selectively circulate cooling water to cool a battery; a second cooling water circulation line to selectively circulate cooling water to cool electrical components; a first refrigerant branch line wherein one side thereof branches from an inlet end of the first expansion valve, and the other side thereof is connected to an inlet end of the motor-driven compressor to selectively move a refrigerant; a second expansion valve arranged on the first refrigerant branch line and selectively opened and closed to expand and discharge a refrigerant flowing through the first refrigerant branch line; and a chiller arranged on the first refrigerant branch line behind the second expansion valve to accommodate a refrigerant expanded by the second expansion valve and exchange the heat of the cooling water flowing along the first cooling water circulation line and the second cooling water circulation line with the heat of the refrigerant. The cooling water for a battery is selectively cooled and a heating source can be obtained at the same time to reduce the power consumption of the motor-driven compressor to improve a driving distance. A conventional air-cooling outdoor condenser is eliminated, and a full water-cooling condenser is applied to prevent a high-pressure increase and cooling performance degradation by effective area reduction and liquid refrigerant accumulation of a conventional air-cooling condenser.

    본 발명은 자동차 실내의 난방 및 냉방이 선택적으로 이루어지도록 냉매를 전동압축기, 실내컨덴서, 제1팽창밸브, 증발기로 순환시키는 냉매순환라인과, 배터리가 냉각되도록 선택적으로 냉각수를 순환시키는 제1냉각수순환라인과, 전장품이 냉각되도록 선택적으로 냉각수를 순환시키는 제2냉각수순환라인과, 상기 제1팽창밸브의 유입단에서 일측이 분기되고, 타측은 상기 전동압축기의 유입단과 연결되어 선택적으로 냉매를 유동시키는 제1냉매분기라인과, 상기 제1냉매분기라인 상에 구비되고, 선택적으로 개폐되어 상기 제1냉매분기라인을 유동하는 냉매를 팽창시켜 유출하는 제2팽창밸브와, 상기 제1냉매분기라인 중 제2팽창밸브 후방에 구비되어, 상기 제2팽창밸브에서 팽창된 냉매를 수용하고, 상기 제1냉각수순환라인 및 제2냉각수순환라인을 따라 각각 유동하는 냉각수를 냉매와 열교환시키는 칠러를 포함하여, 배터리용 냉각수의 냉각을 선택적으로 하면서 동시에 난방열원을 얻을 수 있어, 전동압축기의 소비전력을 감소시켜 주행거리를 향상시키고, 종래의 공냉식 실외 컨덴서의 제외하며, 풀(Full) 수냉식 컨덴서를 적용하여, 종래의 공냉식 컨덴서의 액냉매 적체, 유효면적 축소에 따른 냉방성능 저하 및 고압 상승 현상을 방지할 수 있는 전기자동차용 냉난방 시스템을 제공한다.
