Disclosed is a mechanical braking apparatus for a four-wheel transport instrument. According to an embodiment, the mechanical braking apparatus for a four-wheel transport instrument comprises a brake operation unit which is formed on the four-wheel transport instrument with a towing unit connected to a driving vehicle such as a tractor, and can generate braking on the towing unit. The brake operation unit includes: a fastening unit which is mounted on the driving vehicle; a housing in which an engagement groove unit having the fastening unit coupled thereto is formed inside; a locking unit which has a rod inserted into the housing to be fastened with the fastening unit for fixing; and an extendable operation unit including a casing into which the rod of the locking unit is inserted, and an elastic body which is formed inside the casing and is coupled to an outer circumference of the rod such that both end parts of the elastic body are supported inside the casing. Accordingly, a brake operation unit, which can generate braking on a towing unit, is formed on a four-wheel transport instrument such as a trailer connected to a driving vehicle such as a tractor by the towing unit, and when the driving vehicle stops, the brake operation unit is turned on by inertial force and the braking can be conducted on each wheel by being linked with the brake operation unit.

    사륜 운반기구의 기계식 제동장치가 개시된다. 실시예에 따르는 사륜 운반기구의 기계식 제동장치는, 트랙터와 같은 기동차량과 연결되는 견인부가 형성된 사륜 운반기구에 형성되어 견인부에 제동발생이 가능한 브레이크 작동부;를 포함하되, 브레이크 작동부는, 기동차량에 장착되는 체결구; 체결구가 결합되는 결합홈부가 내측에 형성된 하우징; 하우징의 내부에 삽입되어 상기 체결구와 체결되어 고정시키는 로드를 구비한 록킹부; 록킹부의 로드가 끼움결합되는 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱의 내부에 형성되며 상기 로드의 외주에 결합되어 케이싱의 내측에 양단부가 지지되는 탄성체를 갖는 신축작동부;를 포함한다. 이에 따르면, 트랙터와 같은 기동차량과 견인부에 의해 연결되는 트레일러 등의 사륜 운반기구에서 견인부에 제동발생이 가능한 브레이크 작동부를 형성하고, 기동차량이 정지하면 관성력에 의해 브레이크 작동부가 온(on) 작동되고, 이에 연동되어 각 바퀴에 제동이 실시될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
