The present invention relates to a hollow cylindrical sheave assembly for an elevator. According to the present invention, a structure, in which a shaft is inserted into the inner diameter part of a plurality of ball bearings assembled in an axial direction to perform sliding frictional lubrication operation, is formed in the inner diameter part of a hollow cylindrical sheave receiving the rotational force of a motor through a belt and a roller bearing assembled to the outer diameter part of both ends of a shaft transfers and supports load to a housing in an oil film operation state. To form an oil film in a gap formed between the inner diameter part of the ball bearing and the shaft, a lubrication hole is formed at the center of the shaft, another lubrication hole communicating with the lubrication hole is formed in a radial earth wire in the radial direction of the shaft performing sliding frictional contact motion with the inner diameter part of the ball bearing, and a lubrication pocket is formed on an outer diameter surface, such that lubricant is supplied. Moreover, oiling lubrication is provided to the ball bearing and the lubrication pocket by using oil stored in a tank, which is formed at both end parts of the hollow cylindrical sheave by sealing between the lowermost inner diameter part of a flange type cylindrical space and the shaft with a double-lip seal, and rolling frictional noise of the ball bearing is prevented from going out to the outside. Moreover, a gap between noise-prevention hollow cylindrical cylinders assembled to a concentric shaft on the inner surface of the housing is sealed and fixed by an O-ring and sealant, thereby finally blocking external discharge of complex rolling frictional noise generated by relative contact rolling frictional motion between the belt and the hollow cylinder sheave and between the bearing and the shaft.

    모터의 회전동력을 벨트로 전달받은 중공원통형 쉬브의 내경부에는 축방향을 따라 다수 개 조립된 볼베어링의 내경부에 축을 삽입하여 미끄럼마찰 윤활작동이 가능한 구조를 형성하고, 상기 축의 양쪽끝단 외경부에 조립된 롤러베어링은 유막 작동상태에서 하중을 하우징에 전달·지지하는 구조이고, 상기 볼베어링의 내경부와 축 사이에 형성된 간극에는 유막을 생성할 수 있도록 축의 중심에는 윤활구와, 볼베어링의 내경부와 미끄럼마찰 접촉운동을 하는 축의 반경방향에 상기 윤활구와 연통되는 또 다른 윤활구를 반경방향의 지선에 형성하고, 그리고 외경면에는 윤활포켓을 각각 형성하여 윤활유를 공급하고, 또한, 상기 중공원통형 쉬브의 양끝단부에 플랜지형 원통스페이스의 최하단 내경부와 축 사이를 더블립시일로 밀봉하기 때문에 형성되는 탱크에 저장된 오일로 볼베어링 및 윤활포켓에 유욕윤활을 제공하고, 동시에 볼베어링의 회전마찰 소음이 외부로 방출되는 것을 차단하고, 또한, 하우징의 내측면 동심원 축에 조립된 차음용 중공원통형 실린더 사이에는 오링과 실란트로 밀봉 고정하여 벨트와 중공원통형 쉬브, 베어링과 축 사이의 상대접촉 회전마찰 운동에 의해 발생되는 회전마찰 복합소음의 외부 방출을 최종적으로 차단하는 구조의 중공원통형 쉬브 조립체에 관한 것이다.
