According to an embodiment, provided are a method and an apparatus for controlling a vehicle. The method for controlling a vehicle acquires information on a driving environment of a vehicle, obtains an intermediate output value of a first model by applying user′s driving characteristics extracted based on the information to the first model, transmits user driving information including at least one of the user′s driving characteristics and the intermediate output value to a server, updates the first model based on the vehicle control information determined based on the user driving information received from the server, and controls the vehicle by the updated first model.

    일 실시예에 따른 차량을 제어하는 방법 및 장치는 차량의 주행 환경에 대한 정보를 획득하고, 정보에 기초하여 추출된 사용자의 주행 특징을 제1 모델에 인가함으로써 제1 모델의 중간 출력 값을 획득하며, 사용자의 주행 특징 및 중간 출력 값 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 사용자 주행 정보를 서버에게 전송하고, 서버 로부터 수신한, 사용자 주행 정보에 기초하여 결정된 차량 제어 정보에 기초하여 제1 모델을 갱신하며, 갱신된 제1 모델에 의해 차량을 제어한다.
