The present invention relates to a welding system for a lower slope of an LNG cargo hold. The welding system for a lower slope of an LNG cargo hold greatly shortens work time by omitting removal and reconstruction work of a step for each process since a driving ladder moving along a driving rail at a position corresponding to a lower slope of an LNG cargo hold by a prefabricated scaffold structure and allowing the height thereof to be adjusted is used as a universal step of the entire process of cargo hold standard construction by one-time construction of the driving ladder. Specifically, the welding system for a lower slope of an LNG cargo hold comprises a driving rail (10), a driving body (20), a driving ladder (30), a welding carriage (40), and a moving controller unit (50) to promote welding quality improvement and continuity of welding work by synchronizing a welding progress speed of a welding carriage which performs strake seam welding of a lower slope and a driving speed of a driving ladder.

    본 발명은 LNG 화물창 로워 슬롭 용접 시스템에 관련되며, 이때 LNG 화물창 로워 슬롭 용접 시스템은 조립식 비계구조물에 의해 LNG 화물창 로워 슬롭(Lower Slope)과 대응하는 위치에서 주행레일을 타고 이동 및 높낮이 조절되는 주행사다리 1회 시공으로 화물창 표준 공사 전공정의 범용 디딤대(step)로 이용하므로 공정별 전용 디딤대 철거 및 재시공 작업이 생략되어 작업시간이 크게 단축되고, 특히 주행사다리 주행속도와 로워 슬롭의 스트레이크 심(strake seam) 용접을 수행하는 용접 캐리지의 용접 진행속도를 동기화하여 용접작업의 연속성 및 용접품질 향상을 도모하기 위해 주행레일(10), 주행체(20), 주행사다리(30), 용접 캐리지(40), 무빙컨트롤러부(50)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 이루어진다.
