The present invention relates to a method of predicting a processing strain value of a titanium airplane component. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method of predicting a processing strain value of a titanium airplane component includes the following steps of: calculating a strain value corresponding to a cutting force by thickness of a component; calculating a strain value corresponding to a cutting temperature by thickness of the component; calculating a strain value corresponding to thickness by slenderness ratio of the component; determining a cutting temperature required for each specific process for the production of the component, and calculating a strain value corresponding to the determined cutting temperature; and calculating a comprehensive strain value wherein an error range for the strain value in accordance with the cutting force is within a first range and an error range in accordance with the slenderness ratio is within a second range based on the strain value corresponding to the cutting temperature.

    본 발명은 티타늄 소재 항공기 부품 가공 변형값 예측 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 티타늄 소재 항공기 부품 가공 변형값 예측 방법은 부품의 두께 별로 절삭력에 대응하는 변형값을 산출하는 단계, 상기 부품의 두께 별로 절삭온도에 대응하는 변형값을 산출하는 단계, 상기 부품의 세장비 별로 두께에 대응하는 변형값을 산출하는 단계, 상기 부품의 생산을 위한 세부 공정 별로 요구되는 절삭온도를 결정하고, 상기 결정된 절삭온도에 대응하는 변형값을 산출하는 단계 및 상기 절삭온도에 대응하는 변형값을 기준으로 절삭력에 따른 변형값의 오차범위가 제1범위 이내이고, 세장비에 따른 오차범위가 제2범위 이내인 것으로 종합 변형값을 산출하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
