Provided are a rudder plate and a ship, which can implement performance in accordance with situations. The rudder plate (20) can convert a first state in which an end plate (40) is received in a wing part (30) and a second state in which the end plate (40) is unfolded from the wing part (30). When the end plate (40) is unfolded, inertia of the rudder plate (20) can be increased. When the end plate (40) is received in the wing part (30), an increase in resistance by the end plate (40) can be suppressed. Accordingly, when the performance required in the rudder blade (20) is different in accordance with the situations, the rudder blade (20) can correspond to each of the situations by converting the first state and the second state.

    상황에 따른 성능을 발휘할 수 있는 타판 및 선박을 제공한다. 타판(20)은, 단판(40)이 날개부(30)에 수용된 제1 상태와, 단판(40)이 날개부(30)로부터 펼쳐진 제2 상태를 전환할 수 있다. 단판(40)이 펼쳐진 상태에서는, 타판(20)의 타력을 증가시킬 수 있고, 단판(40)이 날개부(30)에 수용된 상태에서는, 단판(40)에 의한 저항력의 증가를 억제할 수 있다. 따라서, 상황에 따라 타판(20)에 요구되는 성능이 다른 경우에, 타판(20)은 제1 상태와 제2 상태를 전환함으로써, 각 상황에 대응할 수 있다.
