The present invention relates to a traffic signal device for projecting an auxiliary traffic signal to a road surface, wherein an auxiliary signal light is installed at a lower portion of a traffic signal light such that a traffic signal can be simultaneously displayed through light emission on the road surface. Therefore, at least one traffic signal between the traffic signal displayed through light emission on a front surface and the traffic signal displayed through light emission on the road surface can be recognized, thereby enabling safe driving and preventing disturbance in traffic flow. To this end, the present invention comprises: a case (23) of a vehicle traffic signal light; a main signal light (20) which is installed at a front surface unit of the case (23); and an auxiliary signal light (33) which is downwardly installed at a lower portion of the case (23) corresponding to the main signal light (20) in order to be associated with the main signal light (20), and projects an auxiliary traffic signal (8) to a road surface (6) or a road reflective surface (9). Here, the auxiliary signal light (33) comprises: a body (41) in which a storage chamber is formed wherein the body has a downward opening unit; a plurality of support rods (47) which are fixated to the body (41); a substrate (42) which is fastened to the plurality of support rods (47) by a fastening member; a traffic light (43) which is composed of a plurality of high-luminance LEDs which are downwardly installed on the substrate (42); a convex lens (44) which collects light emitted from the traffic light (43) to project the same on the road surface (6); a cover (45) which fixates the convex lens (44) to a lower end portion of the body (41); a packing (46) which is installed between the body (41) and the convex lens (44); and a support member (47, 48) which protrudes toward both sides of the body (41) and controls the projection angle of the body (41).

    본 발명은 교통신호등의 하부에 보조신호등을 설치하여 노면으로 교통신호가 동시에 출광 표시되도록 함으로써 전면으로 출광되는 교통신호 및 노면으로 출광되는 교통신호 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 교통신호를 인식할 수 있어서 안전 운전이 이루어지고 교통흐름이 방해되지 않도록 한 도로면으로 보조 교통신호가 조사되는 교통신호장치에 관한 것으로, 차량용 교통신호등의 케이스(23)와, 상기 케이스(23)의 전면부에 설치되는 주신호등(20)과, 상기 주신호등(20)에 대응하여 케이스(23) 저부에 하향 설치되어 주신호등(20)과 연동되고 노면(6)이나 노면 반사면(9)으로 보조 교통신호(8)를 조사시키는 보조신호등(33)을 포함한다. 상기 보조신호등(33)은, 수납실이 형성되고 하향 개방부를 갖는 몸체(41)와, 몸체(41) 내부에 고정되는 복수의 지지봉(47)과, 복수의 지지봉(47)에 체결부재로 체결되는 기판(42)과, 기판(42) 상에 하향 설치되는 복수의 고휘도 LED로 구성되는 신호등(43)과, 신호등(43)으로부터 출광되는 빛을 노면(6)으로 집광 조사시키는 볼록렌즈(44)와, 볼록렌즈(44)를 몸체(41) 하단부에 고정시키는 커버(45)와, 몸체(41)와 볼록렌즈(44) 사이에 설치되는 패킹(46)과, 몸체(41) 양측으로 돌출되고 몸체(41)의 조사 각도를 조절하는 지지부재(47)(48)를 포함한다.
