The present invention provides a permanent magnet stationary type conveying apparatus comprising: a base frame positioned at a lower part and having a plurality of moving wheels to be movable at a work place; a towing means mounted to the base frame and lifting a heavy object; a plurality of lifting cylinders installed at a lower part of the base frame to be spaced apart from each other, wherein a rod is disposed perpendicular to the base frame; a permanent magnet coupled and installed at a rod end unit of the lifting cylinder and generating a magnetic force; and a control unit connected to the lifting cylinder and controlling operation of the lifting cylinder to allow the permanent magnet to be closely placed on the floor of the work place.

    본 발명은, 하부에는 작업장소에서 이동 가능하도록 복수의 이동휠이 구비된 베이스 프레임, 베이스 프레임에 장착되어, 중량물을 들어올리는 견인수단, 베이스 프레임에 하부에 상호 이격되게 설치하며, 로드가 베이스 프레임에 수직하게 배치되는 복수의 승강실린더, 승강실린더의 로드 단부에 결합 설치하며, 자력을 발생시키는 영구자석, 승강실린더와 연결되어, 작업장소의 바닥에 영구자석이 밀착 배치되도록 승강실린더를 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 영구자석 고정식 운반장치를 제공한다.
