The present invention relates to a connector for charging an electric vehicle and, more specifically, to a connector for charging an electric vehicle having a cooling device using a Peltier element rather than a water-cooled chiller. The connector for charging an electric vehicle comprises: a contact portion in contact with a coupled contact element of a vehicle; an endothermic housing which encloses the contact portion; and a Peltier element having an endothermic surface attached to one surface of the endothermic housing.

    본 발명은 전기 자동차 충전용 커넥터에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 수냉식 냉각 장치가 아닌 펠티어 소자를 이용한 냉각 장치를 구비하는 전기 자동차 충전용 커넥터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 차량의 결합 접촉 소자와 접촉하는 접촉부, 접촉부를 감싸는 흡열 하우징, 흡열 하우징의 일면에 흡열면이 부착되는 펠티어 소자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차 충전용 커넥터를 제공한다.
