The present invention relates to a hinge bracket for a sheet panel of a cargo vehicle, which performs production through a sequential press process by using a progressive mold, and more specifically, to a hinge bracket for a sheet panel of a cargo vehicle, which is installed at one side of a sheet panel (110) which covers an engine room and has a sheet (100) installed at an upper portion, so as to rotate the sheet panel (110) in a hinged manner to open and close the engine room. To this end, the present invention comprises: a bracket body (210) of which one side is provided with a fixating pin fixating hole (211) so as to be fixated to a front flow panel (120) of the engine room by a fixating pin (215), wherein the one side provided with the fixating pin fixating hole (211) is formed to be flat by being recessed compared to the other side; a hinge unit (220) having a hinge pin coupling hole (221) so as to be coupled to one side of the sheet panel (110) by a hinge pin (225) on the other side of the bracket body (210); and a reinforcing wing unit (230) which is formed to be bent such that a cross section may have an arc shape at both sides of the bracket body (210), thereby upwardly protruding by a predetermined height. Here, the hinge bracket (200) is characterized by forming the bracket body (210), the hinge unit (220), and the reinforcing wing unit (230) by performing a press process while moving a metal plate by using the progressive mold to cut the same in a metal piece of a predetermined shape, before sequentially processing the same.

    본 발명은 프로그래시브 금형을 이용하여 순차적인 프레스가공을 통해 생산이 이루어지는 화물차량의 시트판넬용 힌지브라켓에 관한 것으로, 엔진룸을 커버하고 상부에 시트(100)가 설치되는 시트판넬(110)의 일측에 설치되어 상기 시트판넬(110)를 힌지회동시켜 엔진룸을 개폐하기 위한 화물차량의 시트판넬용 힌지브라켓에 있어서, 상기 엔진룸의 프런트플로우판넬(120)에 고정핀(215)으로 고정되도록 일측에 고정핀고정홀(211)이 형성되고, 상기 고정핀고정홀()이 형성된 일측이 타측에 비해 함몰되어 평평하게 형성된 브라켓몸체(210)와, 상기 브라켓몸체(210)의 타측에 상기 시트판넬(110)의 일측과 힌지핀(225)으로 결합되도록 힌지핀결합홀(221)이 형성된 힌지부(220)와, 상기 브라켓몸체(210)의 양측에 단면이 호형을 갖도록 절곡형성되어 상방으로 일정 높이 돌출된 보강날개부(230)를 포함하고, 상기 힌지브라켓(200)은 프로그래시브 금형을 이용하여 금속판을 이동시키면서 프레스가공하여 설정된 형상의 금속편으로 재단한 후 순차적으로 가공하여 상기 브라켓몸체(210)와 힌지부(220) 및 보강날개부(230)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
