According to the present invention, disclosed is a torque measuring device comprising a first annular ring and a second annular ring facing each other and spaced apart and arranged; the first annular ring and the second annular ring comprising a stator having a protruding piece formed in a direction facing each other to form a space part therein, a ring-shaped magnet arranged in the space part, and a first collector member arranged on the first annular ring side and a second collector member arranged on the second annular ring side; comprising a collector assembly having at least one insertion space into which a magnetic element is inserted is formed between the first collector member and the second collector member; and the insertion space is formed by bending an end of the first collector member and an end of the second collector member toward a space between the first annular ring and the second annular ring. Therefore, the present invention provides the torque measuring device capable of minimizing a size while maintaining a performance of an existing torque measuring device.

    본 발명은, 서로 마주보고 이격 배치된 제1환형링과 제2환형링을 포함하고, 상기 제1환형링과 제2환형링은 서로 마주보는 방향으로 돌출편이 형성되어 내부에 공간부를 형성하는 스테이터와, 상기 공간부에 배치되는 링 형상의 마그네트, 및 상기 제1환형링측에 배치되는 제1콜렉터부재 및 제2환형링측에 배치되는 제2콜렉터부재를 포함하고, 상기 제1콜렉터부재와 제2콜렉터부재 사이에는 자기소자가 삽입되는 적어도 하나 이상의 삽입공간이 형성된 콜렉터 조립체;를 포함하되, 상기 삽입공간은 상기 제1콜렉터부재의 끝단과 상기 제2콜렉터부재의 끝단이 상기 제1환형링과 제2환형링 사이의 공간부를 향해 절곡되어 형성된 토크 측정장치를 개시한다.
