A method for inertia drive control with torque sharing of an eco-friendly vehicle (1) comprises the following steps of: calculating a target vehicle speed, a current vehicle speed, and an estimated vehicle speed when an event required for deceleration while the eco-friendly vehicle is driven; dividing deceleration torque for vehicle deceleration into motor torque and hydraulic braking torque to be calculated; and performing inertia drive cooperative control to start motor control by the motor torque guided by the inertia drive control and hydraulic braking control by the hydraulic braking torque at the same time. Therefore, the inertia drive cooperative control is configured to overcome a limit of the conventional inertia drive control in which only a motor is utilized, and through hydraulic control with ease and accuracy, driver reliability is improved, and fuel efficiency can be improved by eliminating a limit condition with respect to the inertia drive control.

    본 발명의 친환경 차량(1)에 적용된 토크 분담식 관성주행제어는 주행 중 감속이 필요한 이벤트를 검출시 목표차속, 현재차속, 예상차속의 산출에 이어 차량 감속을 위한 감속토크가 모터토크와 유압제동토크로 구분되어 산출되고, 관성주행제어 안내에 이어진 모터토크에 의한 모터 제어와 유압제동토크에 의한 유압제동 제어가 동시에 시작되는 관성주행협조제어를 수행한다. 그 결과 상기 관성주행협조제어는 모터 만 단독으로 활용되던 기존의 관성주행제어 한계를 극복하면서 용이성과 정확성을 갖는 유압 제어로 운전자 신뢰도 향상과 함께 관성주행제어에 대한 제한조건해소로 연비향상 효과를 더욱 높여주는 특징을 갖는다.
