The present invention discloses an outdoor fire hydrant illegal parking warning system. When a vehicle approaches an outdoor fire hydrant, a vehicle proximity detection unit detects the vehicle to deliver a detection signal to a control unit and generates a first warning sound for the illegal parking by a warning sound generation unit electrically connected with the control unit. Accordingly, a vehicle driver is allowed to recognize the illegal parking, and the detection signal of the vehicle proximity detection unit and a photographed image of a photographing unit are transmitted to an administrator detection unit by a wired and wireless communication unit electrically connected with the control unit, thereby generating a second warning sound by the administrator detection unit through the warning sound generation unit. Therefore, the vehicle driver is allowed to recognize fines which can result from the illegal parking, so as to raise awareness about the illegal parking around an outdoor fire hydrant.
본 발명은 옥외소화전에 차량이 근접하면 차량근접감지부가 이를 감지하고 감지신호를 제어부측에 전달하여 제어부와 전기적으로 연결된 경고음발생부에 의해 불법주차에 대한 1차 경고음이 발생되도록 하여 차량운전자로 하여금 불법주차임을 인식할 수 있도록 하고 차량근접감지부의 감지신호와 촬영부의 촬영영상이 제어부와 전기적으로 연결된 유무선통신부에 의해 관리자감지부측으로 전송되어 관리자감지부에 의해 2차 경고음이 경고음발생부를 통해 발생되도록 하여 차량운전자로 하여금 불법주차시 발생될 수 있는 벌금에 대해 인식하도록 할 수 있어 옥외소화전 주변의 불법주차에 대한 경각심을 불러일으킬 수 있는 옥외소화전 불법주차 경고시스템이 개시된다.
