The present invention relates to a biometric mobile vehicle charger having a rail outlet and an electric vehicle charging method using the biometric mobile vehicle charger having a rail outlet. The electric vehicle charging method comprises: a fingerprint verification step (1) of confirming whether the fingerprint of a user is registered in a central management server through a data communication when the fingerprint of the user is tagged to a fingerprint recognition unit of a charger main body (300) of the biometric mobile vehicle charger having the rail outlet; an approval step (2) of notifying an approval to the charger main body (300) when the fingerprint of the user is a registered fingerprint; and a charging recording step (3) of transmitting charging records to the central management server in real time during the charging process of the electric vehicle of the user and after the completion of charging. The present invention is provided to solve problems of insufficient charging infrastructure.

    본 발명은 레일콘센트를 구비한 생체인식 이동형 차량충전기를 이용한 것으로, (1) 상기 레일콘센트를 구비한 생체인식 이동형 차량충전기의 충전기본체(300)의 지문인식부에 사용자의 지문이 태그되면 데이터통신으로 중앙관리서버에서 등록된 지문인지 확인하는 지문확인단계; (2) 상기 사용자의 지문이 등록된 지문일 경우 상기 충전기본체(300)에 승인되었음을 알리는 승인단계; (3) 상기 사용자의 전기차 충전과정 중 및 충전완료 후 충전기록이 상기 중앙관리서버로 실시간으로 전송되는 충전기록단계; 를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레일콘센트를 구비한 생체인식 이동형 차량충전기를 이용한 전기차 충전 방법을 제공한다.
