The present invention relates to a vehicle apparatus, a system having the same and a method for automatically changing an operable range thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle apparatus configured to perform a driving assistance function or an autonomous driving function comprises: a processor configured to vary and apply an operable range of the driving assistance function or the autonomous driving function in each country when the vehicle enters into a country while traveling; and a storage unit configured to store information calculated by the processor.

    본 발명은 차량 장치, 그를 포함한 시스템 및 그 동작 가능 범위 자동 변경 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량 장치는 차량 주행 보조 기능 또는 자율 주행 기능을 수행하는 차량 장치에 있어서, 차량이 주행 중에 국가를 이동하는 경우, 상기 기능의 동작 가능 범위를 국가별 가변하여 적용하는 프로세서; 및 상기 프로세서에 의해 산출된 정보를 저장하는 저장부를 포함할 수 있다.
