Disclosed is a forcibly stopping circuit system for preventing an engine from overheating, which limits an engine RPM control range to prevent the engine from overheating. According to the present invention, the forcibly stopping circuit system for preventing overheating of an engine for construction equipment (2), which is operated in accordance with operation modes (5) including a traveling state (3) traveling on a road and a working state (4) performing work in a construction site, comprises: an overheat detection unit (20) including a temperature sensor (21) measuring the temperature of the engine (10) to generate temperature information (21-1) and an overheat signal generation unit (22) generating an overheat signal (22-1) based on the temperature information (21-1); a stop operation unit (30) starting an overheat prevention engine stop (31) which forcibly stops operation of the running engine (10) based on the overheat signal (22-1); and a control unit (40) detecting the operation mode (5) and controlling all or a part of the configuration of the overheat detection unit (20) and the stop operation unit (30) to start the overheat prevention engine stop (31) only when the operation mode (5) is in the working state (4).

    개시되는 엔진 과열 방지 강제 정지 회로 시스템는, 도로를 주행하는 주행상태(3) 및 건설현장에서 작업을 수행하는 작업상태(4)를 포함하는 운전모드(5)에 따라 작동하는 건설장비(2)의 엔진 과열 방지 강제 정지 회로 시스템에 있어서, 엔진(10)의 온도를 측정하여 온도정보(21-1)를 생성하는 온도센서(21) 및 상기 온도정보(21-1)를 기반으로 하여 과열신호(22-1)를 생성하는 과열신호생성유닛(22)을 포함하는 과열감지부(20); 및 상기 과열신호(22-1)를 기반으로 하여 작동중인 상기 엔진(10)의 작동을 강제로 정지시키는 과열방지 엔진정지(31)를 개시하는 정지작동부(30); 상기 운전모드(5)를 감지하고, 상기 과열감지부(20) 및 상기 정지작동부(30)의 전체 또는 일부 구성의 작동을 제어하여, 상기 운전모드(5)가 상기 작업상태(4)일 때만 상기 과열방지 엔진정지(31)를 개시되도록 하는 제어부(40);를 포함한다.
