The present invention relates to an operation management system and a vessel including the same. The operation management system comprises: a gas fuel storage tank storing gas fuel used for propulsion of a vessel; a boil-off gas (BOG) supply line distributing, to a plurality of consumers, a gaseous gas fuel naturally evaporated in the gas fuel storage tank; an evaporator forcibly evaporating a liquid gas fuel stored in the gas fuel storage tank and delivering the same to the BOG supply line; and an evaporation amount management unit managing a naturally evaporated amount of the gas fuel stored in the gas fuel storage tank. An evaporation prediction unit includes: a consumption amount measurement unit provided respectively on the downstream side of branch points on the BOG supply line; a forcibly evaporated amount measurement unit provided on the upstream or downstream side of the evaporator; and a naturally evaporated amount calculation unit estimating the naturally evaporated amount for the gas fuel storage tank by subtracting the value measured by the forcibly evaporated amount measurement unit from the value measured by the consumption amount measurement unit. Thus, the benefit of a shipping company can be maximized by minimizing the amount of a heel left for ballast navigation fuel.

    본 발명은 운항제어 시스템 및 이를 포함하는 선박에 관한 것으로서, 선박의 추진을 위해 사용되는 가스연료를 저장하는 가스연료 저장탱크; 상기 가스연료 저장탱크 내에서 자연증발한 기상의 가스연료를 복수 개의 수요처에 분기 공급하는 증발가스 공급라인; 상기 가스연료 저장탱크 내에 저장된 액상의 가스연료를 강제기화시켜 상기 증발가스 공급라인에 전달하는 기화기; 및 상기 가스연료 저장탱크 내에서 가스연료의 자연증발량을 관리하는 증발량 관리부를 포함하며, 상기 증발 예측부는, 상기 증발가스 공급라인에서 분기점의 하류에 각각 마련되는 소비량 측정부; 상기 기화기의 상류 또는 하류에 마련되는 강제증발량 측정부; 및 상기 소비량 측정부의 측정값에서 상기 강제증발량 측정부의 측정값을 제하여 상기 가스연료 저장탱크의 자연증발량을 추정하는 자연증발량 계산부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
