A vehicle safety parking apparatus and a method are disclosed. The vehicle safety parking method comprises the following steps of: identifying a state of a vehicle; and converting a first mode of an in-vehicle engine gear and a second mode of an in-vehicle side gear into each parking mode that is set with respect to a parking state when the identified state is changed from a driving state to the parking state.

    차량 안전 파킹 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 차량 안전 파킹 방법은 차량의 상태를 식별하는 단계와, 상기 식별된 상태가, 운행 상태에서 주차 상태로 변경되는 경우, 상기 차량 내 엔진기어의 제1 모드와, 상기 차량 내 사이드기어의 제2 모드를, 상기 주차 상태에 대해 설정된 각각의 주차 모드로 전환하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
