According to the present invention, a vehicle detection system comprises: a sensing unit including a light emitting unit in which N×M light emitting elements are arranged, and a light receiving unit in which N×M light receiving elements are arranged at positions facing each of the light emitting elements; and a photographing unit including an optical sensor occupancy rate determining unit which receives, from the sensing unit, the number of the light receiving elements blocked from light due to an object passing between the light emitting unit and the light receiving unit, calculates an optical sensor occupancy rate and determines whether to photograph the object passing between the light emitting unit and the light receiving unit only when the optical sensor occupancy rate is equal to or greater than a set reference, and an image capturing unit which receives an image capture instruction from the optical sensor occupancy rate determining unit and captures an image of the object passing between the light emitting unit and the light receiving unit. The present invention can accurately detect a vehicle.

    본 발명에 따른 차량 감지 시스템은, N×M 개의 발광소자가 배열된 발광부, 상기 발광소자 각각과 마주보는 위치에 N×M개의 수광소자가 배열된 수광부를 포함하여 구성된 감지유닛; 및 상기 발광부와 상기 수광부 사이를 통과하는 물체로 인해 빛이 차단된 상기 수광소자의 개수를 상기 감지유닛으로부터 전달받아, 광센서 점유율을 계산하여, 상기 광센서 점유율이 설정된 기준 이상일 때만, 상기 발광부와 상기 수광부 사이를 통과하는 물체의 촬영여부를 결정하는 광센서 점유율 판단부와, 상기 광센서 점유율 판단부로부터 촬영지시를 받아, 상기 발광부와 상기 수광부 사이를 통과하는 물체를 촬영하는 촬영부를 포함하여 구성된 촬영유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
